Yes, the order process generates a soft proof for you to view immediately prior to placing your order.

You may call Toll Free (877) 322-0773 and speak to one of our Customer Service Representatives to check on the status of your order. Orders are typically printed and shipped on the first business day that the order is received. You will receive a UPS notification when the order is shipped, along with your tracking number. Log on to UPS.com, enter your tracking number and you will see the delivery status of your order.

Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground, which usually takes 2 to 5 days on average for delivery from California. You may request, at time of your order, expedited shipping such as: "3 Days Select, 2 Day Select or Next Day Expedited Service. Delivery time does not count the day it is shipped.

Exceptionally large orders will take longer to produce so please contact customer service for estimated production times.

It's simple. Just visit "Your Account," enter your email address and password, and click on "My Order History." Locate the item you intend to reorder, make your changes to the order details, open your job in the editor and make all your text and art changes and save it to your cart. It’s really easy.

Due to the speed of processing your order, we are unable to cancel orders once they are approved and in progress.

Your custom printed orders have no re-sale value. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If a return is verifiably due to product defect or error by BestTicketPrinting.com, we will re-print and ship the order at no cost to you.

BestTicketPrinting.com is not responsible for client files containing typographical errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, graphics, fonts or content, or incorrectly specified finished product sizes, wrong cut marks, or missing or incorrect fold marks.

We make every effort to produce consistent color, however, we do not guarantee exact color matching or ink densities based on screen proofs viewed by customers. Whether or not a product is defective will be determined by our quality control team.

Any product defect or error must be reported to BestTicketPrinting.com within 10 days of your order's receipt. If for any reason BestTicketPrinting.com cannot or does not reprint the order, a credit will be issued for the full cost of the order including shipping costs.


 Artwork or Graphics

Yes, you may upload your own artwork, logo, photograph or complete design image to a BestTicketPrinting.com, template. All of our templates will accept image uploads. The blank white template is recommended complete image uploads, but all of our template designs will accept uploaded images. Choose the design you wish to use, click on the "Images" button in the Design Studio tool bar and follow the simple instructions.

The recommended file format is either .png or .jpeg. All color images, spot colors and type will print in CMYK format. All black and white and grayscale images that are not created as a rich black will print in black ink only.

A minimum resolution of 275 dpi is required for all art and images. Artwork of a lesser resolution may look pixelated and fuzzy.

Except for background images, we strongly suggest that all critical text and images be at least 1/8" from the trim line. Text and images less than 1/8” from the trim line may be cut off.

BestTicketPrinting.com is not responsible for client’s files containing typographical errors, errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, graphics, fonts or content, even if customer used online spell check routines or incorrectly specified finished product sizes, wrong cut marks, or missing or incorrect fold marks.

If supplied artwork requires technical or design re-work, charges will apply at the rate of $80 per hour with 1/2 hour minimum.

It is your responsibility as the designer to address these issues when creating and submitting your art images.

Screen proofs can be used to help display layout, text accuracy, and image placement and proportion, but not exact color or density. The appearance of printed colors is also affected by various papers finishes and brightness.

 Shipping & Delivery

Most Ticket orders are printed and shipped out on the first business day that the order is received. Very large orders may take up to a week or longer depending on the job specifications. Please contact a customer service representative for estimated production times.

Typical shipping times are from 1 day to 7 business days depending on your location and the shipping service level that you selected. You may track your shipment’s progress on UPS.com

Other than the United States, we also ship to Canada and Mexico.

We charge shipping by the weight of your order plus a small packaging fee. Orders picked up at our production facility do no incur these costs.

BestTicketPrinting.com will always strive to avoid any delays in production or shipping, however, we will not be held responsible for any consequences or damages due to delayed production or delivery. Order cancellations will not be allowed due to technical difficulty.

Shipping time and delivery date is based upon estimates provided by our shipping supplier.

BestTicketPrinting.com is not responsible for shipping company delays, international customs issues, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.


 Product FAQs

The BestTicketPrinting.com site currently produces tickets only. In the future, banners, flyers posters and other event related products will be added to our Web-to-Print products. Currently, these products are still available on our parent site, www.HallPrintMail.com

All color type and images are reproduced in full process color. Grayscale blacks if rendered as rich black will also print with process colors.

Bleed is a printing term that refers to printing an image that extends past the edge of the finish sheet size and into the bleed area. Images that are intentionally placed to extend off the edge of the finished sheet must extend into this area. For this purpose 1/8” border is added to the finish size of the printed piece. This area is then trimmed away when the product is cut to its finish size. Bleed areas are added to help compensate for small print variations that occur in the printing process. Without this bleed area, the finished piece may show a thin area of white on the edge.
