Designing and Printing the tickets is the fun and easy part. Here are some tips on how to make sales to your target market:

You want to sale tickets to your (1.)family & friends, (2.)neigbors & coworkers and (3.)the general public. The Public is the largest target market focusing mainly on selling tickets there. For family, friends, neighbors etc... sell your tickets face-to-face because it's personal and harder for someone to turn you down when they’re standing right in front of you. Have the tickets in hand as you ask them for support, and hand over a flyer with all the prize information, ticket prices, and the particulars about the prize drawing. The flyer should give a statement as to why you are raising funds and it's reasons.

Don't over talk someone or bug them, it's a bad idea so just ask for their support and assume they want to help. The flyer will do most of the explaining. Say something at the end such as “We are grateful for your support in this. What's a good number for you?” They will either say yes or no.
